1. Who We Are

Success Society is an online community for entrepreneurs. We provide a free Discord community and a paid Builder plan with additional features including niche accountability groups, niche-specific tools, networking events, and direct access to founders.

2. Your Account

You sign up using your Discord account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service (in line with Discord's own terms).

You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the platform is not allowed.

3. Community Rules

By joining, you agree to:

• Be respectful to other members at all times

• Not spam, harass, or post illegal content

• Not share misleading financial or business advice as fact

• Not promote or advertise without permission from the admins

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these rules without notice or refund.

4. Free Membership

The free tier gives you access to the Success Society Discord community. We reserve the right to modify or remove features of the free tier at any time.

5. Builder Plan (Coming Soon)

When the Builder plan launches, it will be a paid monthly subscription. Additional terms specific to the Builder plan will be provided at that time.

Subscriptions will auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Any content, resources, or materials we provide through Success Society are owned by us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Content you post in the community remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform.

7. Disclaimers

Success Society is a community platform — not a financial advisor, business consultant, or legal advisor. Nothing shared in the community should be taken as professional advice.

We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on content shared in the community.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify the community of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
